A few questions that are frequently asked.

A. No, we can import just about anything you might be after. Cars, Caravans, Trucks, Vans and Machinery.

A. Yes we arrange bridging finance and then work with MTF or your finance company once the VIN number is on the NZTA database. Pre approval is required before we bid on your behalf.

A. The auction houses we deal with have a quality assurance grading system. We only buy high grade vehicles that have been given at least a grade 4 in Japan or Grade 2 in the UK.

A. We are not a retailer and unable to take trades on “import to order” vehicles. We do offer free advise on how to best prepare your car for sale though and can sell on behalf.

A. Yes we offer a comprehensive package of warranties from NZ’s leading provider Autosure. 12, 24, 36 and 48 month terms available. Some conditions apply.

A. Yes you have the same rights as buying from a vehicle retailer here in NZ. We do use a wholesale agreement for some vehicles which would you would be made aware of in advance.

A. We are mainly set up for trade vehicle importer and consolidate our own containers. We can recommend other shippers who take care of personal imports and private belongings.

A. We have been successfully importing vehicles into New Zealand for over 5 years.

A. We aim to buy the best value vehicles for our clients. These will not always be the cheapest. We avoid accident damaged, flooded and un-verified odometer vehicles. Not all NZ dealers do.

A. VAT is the UK equivalent of GST. Vehicles being exported outside of the EU are eligible to be zero rated for VAT. We take care of this process for you.

A. We source Japanese vehicles from the Japanese Domestic Auctions and UK vehicles from main franchise dealers and trade only auctions. We do not buy from E bay or similar sites.

A. We consult with you and work out a budget along with any special requirements. We will then offer a number of vehicles that suit you for your approval. We then ask you to sign our terms and conditions before we place any bids on your behalf.
Bidding is very competitive and sometime takes a number of bids to find the right vehicle at the right price. Once successful we will send you more photos and an independent inspection report.
The vehicle is only shipped when we are both happy with the details contained in the report.
